1. Returns:
- Due to the handmade nature of our Lippan and Mandala art pieces, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping or there was an error in your order.
- If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork with clear photographs of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.
2. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. Please be sure to review all item details before placing your order to ensure that you are selecting the right piece for your collection.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued if the artwork is damaged in transit or if there is an error in your order.
- In case of damage, you will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once confirmed, we will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Shipping:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We highly recommend inspecting your artwork as soon as it arrives and notifying us of any issues promptly to ensure we can assist you in the best way possible.
5. Custom Orders:
- Custom-made pieces, including personalized Lippan art, Mandala art, or preservations are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
